Fakhal No-Fly Zone

In order to maintain the focus on peacekeeping in Fakhal, we propose that armed aircraft, including jet fighters, attack helicopters, and any aircraft that is fitted with weapons heavier than small arms, be barred from flying above Fakhal. A mechanism to enforce this must be discussed by peacekeeping forces, with Khaldea's suggestion being to allow Khaldean aircraft out of Mizlecia to intercept & guide aircraft away, or if they ignore instruction, to armed means. It is essential to stop the bloodshed in Fakhal, aircraft too often allow indiscriminate killing, and so their use must be restricted. Via a centralised command, humanitarian aid aircraft, evacuation flights, and peacekeeping forces using unarmed / small-arms equipped helicopters will coordinate with peacekeeping forces in order to reduce the risk of blue-on-blue fire.
