ABOUT A SOLUTION TO ZVODA

CONSIDERING

The amount of years that the region of Zvoda has been under instability and unrest.

How this situation has shown to affect those innocent, hurting the economy of the region and weakening its market.

How an agreement between the two state representatives of the region has shown to be impossible to reach without the interference of third parties.

The need of a solution path brought by neutral parties, that could make easier the achievement of a resolution.

WE PROPOSE

1.- The establishment of the FNS Commitee for the Pacification and Stabilisation of Zvoda, with the 2 current Zvodan states being permanent members of it, along with Khaldea, Yuktobania and 3 non-permanent members which will rotate once a year.

1a.-This Commitee will have the task of making constant mandatory meetings between the representatives of their members, trying to reach a resolution for a *one-state solution* to the Zvodan issue.

2.- If any of the permanent members of the Commitee miss a meeting, the delivery of sanctions for breaking the articles of this resolution is left to free use by the other members of it.

3.-The representatives of the non-permanent members of the Commitee must be voted by the FNSGA, with an absolute majority of their members needed to validate the candidacy.

3a.-The seats of the non-permanent members can be left on vacancy in case an agreement isn't reached.

4.-Submit this resolution for voting.
