On the Establishment of a Nuclear Power Registry

With the People's Republic of Romort announcing and conducting a nuclear test, it is now amongst nuclear powers. After the secretive test in the Lydodovky in 2008 (to which the at fault nation remains unknown), the Lettonian Republic calls for the creation of an FNS Nuclear Power Registry (FNSNPR), where all nations armed with nuclear weapons will acknowledge their WMD stockpiles, and size of the arsenals.

Knowing who has these weapons, and how many they possess will keep the world safer.
